FREE UK Tracked Delivery with UPS is our standard method.

Lights are professionally packaged in a discreet brown box with no external markings. Each order can be tracked and will require an adult signature.

When will I receive my lights?

Your product will ship within 48 hours of ordering, usually next day. From there it usually takes between 1- 3 business days to arrive.

Refunds and Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a refund. Then you have 14 days to send us the goods. Goods must be sent by UPS fully tracked and insured. Goods must be returned unused and in unopened packaging. DO NOT send via DPD, FedEx etc – they lose packages and we will not be held responsible. 

  • We will not issue a refund for goods not in original condition, damaged in anyway or missing any parts.
  • We will send you an email once the goods have been received and inspected to outline if a refund will occur or not.
  • Approved refunds take no more than 14 days.
  • Sale items will not be refundable.
